I'm trying to say that if you want to let him go there's possibly a good reason behind it, but then you say, no there's not because he deserves to be in jail and not just because he broke the law but because he's hurt people. If he's hurt people and still wants to hurt people and there's no purpose in setting him free, then yeah, the person who does it is not innocent when the next person is hurt."
